Return & Exchange Policy
At BAHGORA, We want you to love what you wear. We are committed to making your Shopping experience as fuss-free & enjoyable as possible. We're here to help. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy prior to making a purchase.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange :
- Items must be returned within 3-4 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Product opening video is must.
- Sale/discounted items, Mystery Products, gift cards or Black Friday sale purchased items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Process :
- Request a return by emailing us at bahgorafashion@gmail.com or through your account within the return window.
- Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to our returns address (customers are usually responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective/damaged).
- In case of return, you can select either same value item or higher value item of the product. You can not select lower value item than the purchase value product.
Exchange Process :
- Exchanges are allowed for size and color variations of the same style, subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued as per the 30 days timing preference.
Refunds :
- No refunds are provided, only exchange or credit note will be assigned after procedure of the item passes our quality check.
- Our all products are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items :
- If you receive a defective/damaged or wrong item from our side only, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with courier opening video.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs in the above conditions only.
Important Notes :
- Products returned without prior authorization/prior informed to the company, will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange if the item does not meet our policy standards.
- If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us on the below mentioned address by any reliable courier service within 2 working days of raising a return request. Please do mention the Order No. and return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the return packet.
