Delivery and Shipping

At BAHGORA, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing :
  • All orders are processed within 6 to 7 business working days in India after payment  confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at bahgorafashion@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges :
  • We offer standard and express shipping options (where available).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location for ( Domestic as well International Orders ) and selected method.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—terms will be mentioned on our website or social media.
3. Delivery Timelines :
  • Standard delivery : 6 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery : 2 to 3 business days
  • International delivery : 10 to 12 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors (holidays, weather, customs delays, etc.).
4. Shipping Locations & Charges :

>DOMESTIC 

  •    We currently ship to PAN India Pincodes.
  •    For PAN India Special destinations like Assam, J & K, Andaman & Nicobar, South ( Kerala, Telangana etc. ) delivery timing & charges changes may accordingly.

>INTERNATIONAL

  • Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is  )

5. Order Tracking :
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website/app.
6. Undelivered Packages
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for reshipment.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
7. Delays & Liability
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
